Refund Policy

We aim to deliver measurable SEO results and take our commitments seriously. This Refund Policy sets out the circumstances under which refunds are available.

Eligible Refund Circumstances

• Order not started: If you cancel within 48 hours of ordering and no project work has commenced, a full refund will be issued.
• Service not delivered: If we fail to deliver the agreed scope within the stated timeframe and no extension has been agreed in writing, a full refund applies to the undelivered portion.
• Duplicate payment: If a technical error causes a duplicate charge, the duplicate amount will be refunded in full within 5 business days.

Non-Eligible Circumstances

• Dissatisfaction with ranking results, as search results are controlled by third-party algorithms
• Delays caused by late client access, approvals or feedback
• Cancellation after project work has commenced beyond the 48-hour window
• Partial completion where the remainder is in progress
• Monthly plan billing where the current month's work has begun

How to Request a Refund

Email hello@seomasteryagency.com with your order reference and the reason for your request. We will respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed via Stripe and may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.

Disputes

We encourage clients to contact us directly before raising a payment dispute. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve concerns fairly and quickly.
